Throughout the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, there are villages where Berber women create intricate weavings of pillowcases, rugs, saddlebags, and wall hangings. This pillowcase was purchased in the souks of Marrakech on our March 2020 trip to Morocco. The pillowcase is made of wool and cotton. Each piece is unique and each piece contains irregularities since they are handmade on looms.
